This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

FEAST collects your data so that we can:

• Process your bookings and manage your account.
• Email you with information about future events and services we think you might be interested in.

How do we store your data?

FEAST securely stores your data on the Churchsuite platform, and a FEAST admin password protected cloud drive, and paper printout for bookings.

FEAST will keep your personal data for 12 months from our last communication with you. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from all platforms.

Marketing

• FEAST would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might be interested in.
• If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
• You have the right at any time to stop FEAST from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the FEAST Group.
• If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email office@feast.org.uk.

What are your data protection rights?

FEAST would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access: You have the right to request FEAST for copies of your personal data.
